We have been having some reports of people responding to our ads, especially our roommate ads, who are running some kind of scam. Please be sure to fully check out anyone responding to your ad before you make any commitments. Also, if someone replys to your ad and asks that you send them money or makes any other unusual requests, please know that this is probably a scam to take your money or personal information. We have already had a couple of people taken for a significant amount of money by this type of scam. The problem seems to be mostly with people from overseas responding to the ads on our web site. Just use wisdom and do not be taken in by people who have hidden intentions.
